The Doule Dimensional Path of Enterprises Market Power's Dynamic Innovation

摘要 传统产业组织理论对厂商滥用市场势力的识别、规范与治理的研究,是一种淡化厂商市场势力动态竞争过程的静态分析,其分析对象是垄断行业和垄断利润;现代产业组织理论扩大了厂商市场势力动态竞争的分析范围,但分析的主要对象仍然没有脱离垄断行业和垄断利润。厂商市场势力形成的超额利润包括垄断利润和非垄断利润,这要求我们分别对这两大块利润的创造和分配进行分析。可以依据现实把垄断利润的形成和分配界定为主线索路径,把非垄断利润的形成和分配界定为辅线索路径。基于现有文献没有对辅线索路径的高度关注,应当重视辅线索路径中的横向关联和纵向关联,也基于横向关联是一个较为复杂的过程,可以把横向关联划分为横向关联Ⅰ和横向关联Ⅱ,以说明厂商市场势力动态创新及其演进的双维路径。对厂商市场势力动态创新的双维路径的分析,是产业组织理论应当重视的内容,这方面研究的某些结论会对政府产业政策的制定有借鉴作用。 The research on enterprises' market power in traditional industrial organization theories concentrates on how to distinguish, to regulate and govern the enterprises' abusing market power. This kind of study is static analysis which overlooks the dynamic competition process of enterprises market power, and the objective of the analysis is monopoly industry and monopoly profit. The modern industrial organization theories enlarge the analysis scope of the dynamic competition process, while its major analysis objective still can't be separated from the prior ones. The enterprises' extra profit from market power includes two parts, that is monopoly profit and non-monopoly profit, and we are supposed to study respectively the creation and division of these two parts of profit, The paper reviews the relative study works, and then it argues that it should be based on two clues to analysis market power, price make-up, knowledge interaction ~ innovation, and extra profits creation division. The paper emphasizes the definition of enterprises linkage union, and it defines the formulation and division of monopoly profit as the major clue , and defines the formulation and division of non-monopoly profit as the subsidiary clue . Furthermore, the paper analyzes the horizontal and vertical linkages in the subsidiary clue in order to make a substantial understanding of it, and then by dividing the horizontal linkage into two types such as horizontal linkage I and II , it demonstrates the duple dimensions path of the dynamic innovation and evolution of enterprises' market power.
