肺癌相关肿瘤标志物在肺部疾病患者血清中表达的对比分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨肺癌相关肿瘤标志物在肺部疾病患者血清中表达水平的变化及临床意义。方法采用C12蛋白芯片法检测肺癌、肺结核、肺部感染和健康对照各30例患者血清中,6种肺癌相关肿瘤标志物:糖原199(CA199)、神经原特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖原242(CA242)、糖原125(CA125)、糖原153(CA153)的表达水平。结果结核组CA199明显高于其他各组(P<0.01),NSE、CEA和CA242肺癌组明显高于其他组,CA242结核组表达最低,CA125结核组表达最高,结核组和感染组差异无统计学意义,但高于肺癌组。结论联合检测CA199、NSE、CEA、CA242、CA125、CA153对肺部疾病有较高的临床鉴别诊断价值,可以为肺部疾病的临床早期诊断治疗提供依据。 OBJECTIVE To explore the change of expression level of lung cancer-related tumor markers in the serum of the patients with pulmonary diseases and observe its clinical significance.METHODS The patients were divided into the lung cancer group,the tuberculosis group,the pulmonary infections group,and the healthy control group with 30 cases in each;by means of C12 protein chip,the expression levels of the six lung cancer-related tumor markers,including the CA199,neuron-specific enolase(NSE),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),CA 242,CA125,and CA153 were detected.RESULTS The expression level of CA199 was significantly higher in the tuberculosis group than in other groups(P0.01);the expression levels of NSE,CEA,and CA242 in the lung cancer group were significantly higher than those of other groups;the expression level of CA242 was the lowest in the tuberculosis group,CA125 the highest;there was no statistical difference between the tuberculosis group and the infection group,but both were higher than the lung caner group.CONCLUSION The joint detection of CA199,NSE,CEA,CA242,CA125,and CA153 has significant value in differential diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary disease,providing evidence for the early diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary disease.
