摘要
目的研究HBV宫内感染与白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)及白细胞介素-18(IL-18)细胞因子的相关性。方法将320例HBV阳性的孕妇按照是否存在宫内感染分为感染组与未感染组,比较两组患者HBV-DNA含量及IL-4、IL-18和IL-12型细胞因子与宫内感染的相关性。结果随着HBV-DNA含量的增高,宫内感染率明显升高,并且IL-4水平也不断增高,而IL-8、IL-12不断下降,进一步分析显示,HBV-DNA含量与IL-4水平呈显著的正相关(r=0.551;P<0.01),而与IL-8、IL-12水平呈显著的负相关(r=-0.643,0.563;P<0.01)。结论 IL-4水平上升、IL-18和IL-12水平下降可能为导致HBV宫内感染的因素。
OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between the interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin 12(IL-12) and interleukin 18(IL-18) and HBV intrauterine infection.METHODS A total of 320 HBsAg positive pregnant women were divided into the infection group and the non-infection group according to the condition of intrauterine infection,the content of HBV-DNA of the two groups of patients were compared,then the relationship between IL-4,IL-18,and IL-12 and the intrauterine infection was observed.RESULTS As the HBV-DNA content increased,the incidence of the intrauterine infection increased significantly as well as the level of IL-4 did,however the levels of IL-8 and IL-12 were decreased,the further analysis showed that HBV-DNA content and IL-4 level presented a significant positive correlation(r=0.551;P0.01),and IL-8 and IL-12 levels were negatively correlated(r=-0.643,0.563;P0.01).CONCLUSION The elevated IL-4 and the declined IL-18 or IL-12 may lead to the HBV intrauterine infection.
