肺癌内科病区的医院感染管理与对策

Control of nosocomial infections in internal medicine ward of lung cancer

目的探讨实施对肺癌内科病区及医护人员的管理,以控制肺癌患者各种感染的发生。方法对造成医院感染的危险因素进行分析,将管理贯彻于感染控制的每个环节。结果建立了高效预防肺癌内科病区医院感染的方法,使肺癌内科病区感染管理工作更加规范,减少了肺部感染及其他并发症的发生。结论只有管理规范化,认真实施各项监控措施,才能减少肺癌患者各种感染并发症的发生。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the management of the medical personnel in the internal medicine ward of lung cancer so as to control the various infections in the lung cancer patients.METHODS The risk factors for the nosocomial infections were analyzed,the management was carried out in each single link of the infection control.RESULTS We have established the highly effective measures to prevent nosocomial infections in the internal medicine ward of lung cancer,which made the infection more standard and reduce pulmonary infections and other complications.CONCLUSION Only when the standardized management is established and the monitoring measures are strictly carried out can the complications in the lung cancer patients be reduced.
