试管法检测氟康唑和特比萘芬对常见致病性真菌的敏感性观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :  ( 1)检测氟康唑和特比萘芬对临床常见真菌的敏感性 ;( 2 )探讨并建立皮肤癣菌的标准药敏试验方法。方法 : 以NCCLSM2 7 A方案试管法为基础 ,检测氟康唑和特比萘芬对 2 4株念珠菌和 2 0株皮肤癣菌的敏感性。结果 : 氟康唑对大部分念珠菌的敏感性较好 ,对皮肤癣菌的敏感性较差 ,而特比萘芬对皮肤癣菌高度敏感。结论 : NCCLSM2 7 A方案具有重复性好、一致性高的特点 。 Objectives:1)To detect the susceptibility of isolated fungal strains commonly seen in the clinic to fluconazole (FCZ) and terbinafine (TBF); 2)to establish a standardized antidermatophytes susceptibility testing in clinical practice.Methods:According to M27A method issued by National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standard in 1992, the minimum inhibitory concentrations of fluconazole and terbinafine for pathogenic yeasts (24 strains) including Candida albicans (17), Candida parapsilosis (3), Candida tropicalis (3), Candida krusei (1), and pathogenic dermatophytes (20 strains) including Trichophyton rubrum (15), Trichophyton mentagrophytes (3) and Microsporum canis (2), were detected.Results:Most of the tested strains of Candida albicans were sensitive to FCZ, but resistant to TBF. Dermatophytes tested were highly sensitive to TBF.Conclusions:It was proved that NCCLS method is accurate and reproducible and could be applied as antifungal drug susceptibility testing in vitro for pathogenic yeasts and dermatophytes.
