摘要 全身炎症反应综合征（systemic inflammatory response syndrome，SIRS）是临床损伤性疾病（包括感染或非感染）因素导致的全身l生炎症反应，而脓毒症（sepsis）是其中因感染或有高度可疑感染时引起的一种极端情况。感染病原体包括细菌、真菌、寄生虫和病毒等，临床表现一般认为是机体过度炎症反应或炎症失控所致，
