目的：探讨全面质量管理模式在护理管理中的价值.方法：回顾性分析我院2009年1月-2010年12月采取全面质量管理模式,该措施包括建立护理管理目标,健全护理质量考核评价标准等,比较并分析OEC管理模式建立前后护理质量的变化.结果：护理人员的综合成绩明显提高,护理质量量化前后病人满意度也明显提高,订阅护理杂志人数及护理论文发表量有明显增多,继续深造学习人数逐年增多.结论：OEC管理模式是一种行之有效的护理管理方法.

Objective： To investigate the comprehensive quality management mode in nursing management of value. Methods：A retrospective analysis of comprehensive quality management model, which include establishing the objectives of nursing management, improve nursing quality evaluation standard,comparison and analysis of DEC management mode changes before and alter the establishment of the quality of nursing from 3anuary 2009 to December 2010 in our hospital. Result：The nursing staff＇s comprehensive performance improved significantly,the quality of care and patient satisfaction were also significantly improved quantification, subscription Journal of nursing and the number of nursing papers published has increased significantly,to learn the number is increasing year by year. Conclusion：OEC management mode is an effective method of nursing management.
