卵巢早衰的中西医治疗进展 被引量：2

摘要 卵巢早衰是一种多病因所致的卵巢功能衰竭,可导致患者不育及低雌激素水平所带来的一系列问题,如青春期延迟、第二性征发育不良、第二性征发育正常的女性在40岁以前出现持续闭经和性器官萎缩等,患者可出现阵热多汗、面部潮红、性欲低下等不同程度的低雌激素症状,给女性带来极大的痛苦.目前对卵巢早衰的治疗西医主要采取激素替代疗法,中医主要是辨证论治及针灸治疗,较之西医的激素替代疗法具有副作用小的优点,试验研究及临床观察显示疗效显著.卵巢功能早衰对年轻妇女是一种灾害性的生理与心理打击,在对她们给予社会上和心理上支持的同时,应给予相应的医学治疗.
