1病历摘要
患儿女，3岁2个月。因“反复皮肤淤斑3年余，肢体抽搐4次”于2011-12—02入广州市妇女儿童医疗中心免疫科住院。患儿生后3d出现双脸颊部红色斑丘疹，压之不退色、融合成片、瘙痒、无脱屑；皮疹渐扩展至四肢、后背。2年前就诊本院，考虑系统性血管炎，
