缬沙坦联合吲达帕胺缓释片治疗老年原发性高血压45例

摘要 目的：探讨缬沙坦联合吲达帕胺缓释片治疗老年原发性高血压的临床效果.方法：选择老年原发性高血压患者90例,随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例.对照组患者给予缬沙坦,每天80mg;治疗组在对照组用药基础上,给予吲达帕胺缓释片,每次1.25mg,每天1次.两组患者共治疗4周.结果：两组患者总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：缬沙坦联合吲达帕胺缓释片治疗老年原发性高血压效果显著.
