中药浸浴配合针刺治疗肘关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

Traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with acupuncture for the treatment of elbow osteoarthritis curative effect observation

目的：观察中药浸浴配合针刺治疗肘关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果.方法：2009年10月-2012年3月86例肘关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各43例.治疗组应用中药浸浴配合针刺治疗,对照组仅采用针刺治疗.在治疗前后记录患者的视觉模拟评分（VAS）及肘关节屈伸活动度（ROM）值.结果：治疗后治疗组的VAS明显低于对照组（P＜0.01）,ROM的恢复强于对照组.结论：应用中药浸浴配合针刺治疗肘关节骨性关节炎效果明显,操作简便易行,值得临床推广.

Objective：To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with acupuncture for the treatment of elbow osteoarthritis treatment effect. Methods：86 patients with elbow joint osteoarthritis during October,2009 to March,2012 were divided into treatment group and control group. 43 cases in each group. Application of the treatment group treated with acupuncture and herbal medicine bathing, the control group was only treated by acupuncture. Before and after the treatment were recorded in patients with visual analogue scale （VAS） and elbow flexion and extension movement （ROM） value. Result：After treatment with VAS in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.01）, the recovery of ROM was stronger than that in the control group. Conclusion：The application of traditional Chinese medicine hath combined with acupuncture for the treatment of elbow osteoarthritis obvious effect, simple and easy operation, worthy of clinical application.
