Effect of Cylinder Speed on Neps Elimination

研究不同锡林速度对棉结去除效果的影响。用AFIS对四档锡林速度所加工的生条、头并、二并的棉结进行了检测,用PT7000型条干仪对所加工的成纱棉结进行了检测。结果表明:随着锡林速度的增加,生条和头并棉结总数总体上逐渐减少,但以锡林速度为394 r/min时棉结达到最少;生条和二并带籽屑棉结总体上随锡林速度的增加而减少,但以锡林速度为350 r/min时带籽屑棉结达到最多;成纱千米棉结随着锡林速度的增加而减少,而且规律十分明显。认为:优选锡林速度可以降低生条和成纱棉结。

Effect of different cylinder speed on neps elimination was researched. Neps in card sliver,breaker drawing sliver and intermediate drawing sliver were tested by AFIS in condition of four kinds cylinder speeds. FFT000 evenness tester was used to test yarn neps. The result shows that neps in card sliver and breaker drawing sliver are reduced gradually as cylinder speed increase. Neps in card sliver and breaker drawing sliver is the least when cylinder speed is 394 r/rain. Seed coat neps（SCN） in card sliver and intermediate drawing sliver are reduced gradually as cylinder speed increase, seed coat neps is the most when cylinder speed is 350 r/rain. Neps in yarns per kilometer is reduced as cylinder speed increase, and change rnle is very obvious. It is considered that neps in card sliver and yarn can be reduced by optimizing cylinder speed.
