摘要
通过共混挤出制备了尼龙1010(PA1010)/CaCl2复合材料,研究了挤出温度对PA1010/CaCl2复合材料结构与性能的影响。结果表明,随着挤出温度的提高,PA1010/CaCl2复合材料的结晶度越小,结晶不完善程度越大;PA1010/CaCl2复合材料的拉伸强度随熔融挤出温度的提高存在极值现象,冲击强度随熔融挤出温度的提高而增加,弯曲强度随挤出温度的提高而降低。提高挤出温度会降低PA1010/CaCl2复合材料的热变形温度。
PA1010/CaCl2 composites were prepared through melting extrusion process,structure and properties of PA1010/CaCl2 composites were studied in term of molten extrusion temperature.The following results show that with the increase of the molten extrusion temperature,the deeper the complex degree of the PA1010 and CaCl2 is,the smaller the crystallinity of the PA1010/CaCl2 composites is,the more the crystal degree is imperfect;the stronger the Izod impact strength is and the weaker the flexural strength is.But with the increase of the molten extrusion temperature,the tensile strength of the PA1010/CaCl2 composites has the extreme point,and the thermal deformation temperature of the PA1010/CaCl2 composites reduces.
