摘要
本研究将人力资本投资分为增值性和保值性投资两类,将人力资本分为能力型和数量型,以四川、广东两省的企业为样本,通过问卷调查,探索了中国背景下前导性战略导向和人力资本投资以及人力资本三者之间的关系,发现:高前导性的企业在以招聘为主的保值性投资和以培训为主的增值性投资上的水平都较高,其人力资本水平也更高;人力资本投资在前导性战略导向和企业人力资本之间起着部分中介作用。
We suggest that human capital imestmcnt could be clarified into two types: value -added and value -maintained. And we divide the human capital of firms into quantity and quality of human capital. We use the data from Guangdong and Sichuan Provinces to investigate tile relationships among proactiveness, human capital investment, and human capital. Our analysis shows that proaetiveness is positively related with two types of human capital investment, which is mainly on recruitment and training respectively. Moreover, human capital investment plays significant media- ting role between proactiveness and human capital.
