中国企业技术创新的主体地位研究

Study on the Double Main Carriers Position of Chinese Enterprises' Technological Innovation

本研究从市场化和全球化两个层面,阐明中国企业技术创新双重主体地位的内涵,并从规模和效率视角实证分析了中国企业技术创新主体地位。研究结果表明:政府难以通过"使企业成为技术创新主体"来解决国家创新体系存在的问题;创新尚没有成为国有企业获取利润的主要驱动;私营企业研发活动发展较快,研发效率较高,但是发展空间受限制;外资企业研发活动市场化导向强、效率高。

This article clarifies the connotation of the double subject position of Chinese enterprises＇ technological innova- tion from two levels of marketization and globalization, and makes an empirical analysis on the subjective position of Chinese enterprises＇ technological innovation from the scale and efficiency perspective. The results show that： it is difficult for the government to solve the problem in the national innovation system through ＂making the enterprise to become the subjective position of the technological innovation＂ ; the drive of the state -owned enterprises＇ profit is not innovate; the private enterprises＇ R＆D activities develop very fast and more efficiently, but their development space is restricted; R＆D activities in foreign enterprises have a stronger market orientation and develop efficiently.
