摘要
洛阳自古便是著名的牡丹之乡,其牡丹栽培始于隋,鼎盛于唐,宋时甲于天下。据统计,洛阳共有牡丹品种1 000多个,占全国的67.25%,已成为中国乃至世界牡丹的栽培中心之一。
A new canker disease of peony was found and investigated in Luoyang, Henan Province. A fungus was isolated from diseased stems with typical symptom, cultured by single spore isolation and tested for pathogenicity according to Koch＇ s postulation. The rDNA ITS sequence of the fungus was analyzed for similarity. Its colony on PDA was initially white with irregular margin, then gradually turned to dark brown to caesious color. More pycnidia were produced on thick aerial hyphae, and some ascostroma were latterly formed. The pathogenicity test showed that the cultured fungus was pathogenic to peony. Based on the morphological characteristics and rDNA ITS sequence analysis, the fungus was identified as Botryosphaeria dothidea.
