双重角色定位下的工会跨界职能履行及作用效果分析 被引量:80

摘要 伴随经济与社会转型,我国工会已发展成为肩负维权维稳双重角色的中国特色社会主义工会。非单一利益驱动和边界模糊化决定了我国工会具备嵌入型团队的特性,其核心任务是与政府、企业和员工等利益相关者展开跨界行为以促进工会跨界职能履行并实现劳资双方共赢。本研究选择广东省21个地级市1050家非公有制企业为对象进行实地调研,重点探究工会跨界的现状及其在各关系网络中的嵌入程度。研究一、二实证结果表明,工会跨界职能履行对企业绩效有显著的正向影响,同时与员工情感承诺、工作满意度呈显著正相关。本文开创性地将跨界理论应用于工会实践,开辟基于工会跨界的全新视角,为完善工会职能、促进我国工会发展提出了若干政策建议。
