摘要
文章分析了我国经济型酒店在快速发展的同时,其竞争力面临市场的考验和挑战。低成本低价格优势的弱化、同质竞争、人才缺乏、服务非标准化等,促使经济型酒店必然选择走企业文化建设的内涵扩展之路,用健康的企业文化培养、吸引人才,推进酒店服务创新。在此基础上,着重分析了企业文化建设的关键在"根部",重点在企业和员工价值观的统一。
This paper analyzes the budget hotels'rapid development in China and the test and challenge which their competitiveness in the market faces. Such problems as the weakening of advantage of low cost, homogenous competition, lack of talents and non - standard service have driven budget hotels into the expansion of their enterprise culture construction connotation to cultivate and attract talented personnel and boost their service innovation. On this basis, this paper argues that the key to constructing enterprise culture lies in the "root" , namely the unification of the values from the enterprise and its employees.
