摘要
我国粮食资源中,有61种国家地理标志产品、95件国家地理标志商标、119种国家农产品地理标志。介绍了我国粮食资源的地理标志产品保护、地理标志商标注册、农产品地理标志登记的现状,探讨地理标志知识产权保护发展对策,并提出几点有关建议。
In grain resources, there were 61 types of product with national geographical indications, 95 brands with nation- al geographical indications, 119 types of geographical indications for agricultural products. This article introduced the situ- ation on protection of products with national geographical indication, registration of brands with national geographical indi- cations and registration of geographical indications for agricultural products, and discussed the development countermeas- ures for intellectual property protection of grain geographical indications in China.
