摘要
最低价中标法是国际上通用的建筑工程招投标方法,投标报价是招标文件中最精密的部分,对建设工程至关重要。目前我国建筑市场主要采用最低价中标法。本文通过研究招标文件中关键指标即工程量清单计价标底,招标控制价、投标单位履约能力,以更好的促进房地产项目投标合理报价。
The lowest bid price method, as internationally practiced architecture engineering bidding method, requires an essential and sophisticated part in the tender documents： the tender offer. This article probes into the rationality of tender offer in the bid documents by analyzing following aspects ： BOQ basic bidding price, bidding price control, bidder~ performance capabilities, so that rational tender offers can be delivered in real estate pro- jects.
