西部地方普通高师院校特色办学的实践探索——以绵阳师范学院为例

Practical Exploration of Administrative Features in Local Normal Universities in Western China: a Case Study of Mianyang Normal University

绵阳师范学院根据自身办学的历史与现状、高等教育发展的规律以及结合地方社会经济文化的需求,经过多年的实践探索,初步形成了自身的办学特色:以教师教育为根本,强化学生师范技能的训练,发挥学校传统优势;以"三座立交桥"为纽带,积极开展对外交流与合作,大力引进教育资源;以创新教育为突破口,开展全校辐射式的创新教育,培养学生创新素养和实践能力;以地方经济社会发展需求为导向,不断调整学科专业和课程教学,培养针对性强的应用型人才。

Based on its history and current situation, Mianyang Normal University has practiced and explored its administrative features for years： to enhance students＇ teaching skills on the basis of teacher＇s education, to extive capacities by innovation education, to cultivate specialized personnel by adjusting majors and teaching courses in accordance with demands of local economy development.
