摘要
造成俄罗斯反腐困境的因素很多,其中社会文化因素不容忽视。俄罗斯社会文化对腐败的容忍程度较高,对俄罗斯政治反腐、法律反腐产生明显消极影响。社会文化因素探析可以帮助我们找到俄罗斯政治反腐法律反腐效果有限的缘由以及俄罗斯反腐的深层障碍与未来出路。
There are many factors that have produced corruption in Russia. Cultural factor, among other, can’t be ignored. Russian society and culture tolerate higher degree of corruption. This tolerance has a negative effect on anti-corruption politically and legally. Analysis of social and cultural factors is helpful to dig out the reasons why result is limited in anti-corruption in Russia and to look for a way out for Russia’s anti-corruption.
