摘要
煤层透气性低,煤质松软,抽采难度大,抽采率低是目前五阳煤矿瓦斯抽采存在的主要问题,根据煤与瓦斯的耦合作用机理及煤层瓦斯的运移规律,深入分析五阳煤矿现有瓦斯抽采系统,利用RFPA2D-Flow建立本煤层瓦斯预抽钻孔数值模型,对比分析回采巷道先抽后采过程中平行钻孔预抽时间、钻孔间距和抽采负压对瓦斯抽采效果的影响,最终确定其合理的抽采参数,提高瓦斯抽采率。
Low permeability coal seam, soft coal, hard extraction and low extraction rate are the main problems of gas extraction in Wuyang coal mine. According to the coupling mechanism of coal and gas and the gas migration law, through deeply analyzing Wuyang coal mine gas extraction system, using RFPA2D - Flow to establish the pre - drainage boreholes numerical model in mining coal seam, the paper comparatively analyzes the impact of parallel boreholes pre - drainage time, boreholes spacing and suction pressure of drain- age system on gas extraction effect during the process of draining gas before mining in mining gateway, and then determines the appro- priate parameters of gas extraction, which improves the extraction rate of gas.
