阜康气煤一号井煤田火区治理技术

Coal Fire Area Treatment Technology in Fukang Gas Coal No.1 Mine

针对阜康气煤一号井煤田火灾的实际情况,分析了该火区的特点。通过露头火源和隐蔽火源探测,得出了探测范围内存在6处火源;采用打钻注浆注胶等方法,着重治理了5#、6#火区。通过综合治理,5#、6#火区内地表塌陷得到了有效充填,形成水柱和冒青烟的现象得到了有效控制,煤田灭火达到了预期效果。

Aiming at the actual situation of coal fire in Fukang gas coal No.1 mine,this paper analyzes coal field features.By detecting outcrop and hidden fire source,six sources of fire in the detection area are found.Adopting the method of drilling grouting and glue injection,the fifth and sixth fire areas are governed emphatically.Through the comprehensive treatment,the surface subsidence has been effectively filled,and the phenomena of forming the water column and smoking have been effectively controlled in the fifth and sixth fire area.The coal fire extinguishing has achieved the expected effect.
