强矿压小煤柱分层掘进巷道高强联合支护技术 被引量:1

High-strength Joint Support Technology for Small Pillar Hierarchical Excavation Roadway Under Strong Mining Pressure

摘要 在小煤柱分层掘进巷道施工过程中,针对11051回风顺槽掘进巷道受强矿压显现和采动影响导致巷道严重变形、支护失效等问题,在对矿井开采巷道围岩结构特点、强矿压诱发机理及11051巷道应力变化情况进行分析后,利用松动圈理论对巷道两帮采集数据进行筛选处理,计算出巷道顶板及两帮的载荷,确定了支护参数和加固与支护方案。采用高强联合支护技术,有效降低了强矿压显现和采动对掘进巷道安全施工的影响。 In the process of small pillar hierarchical excavation roadway construction,aiming at the 11051 air return groove of excavation roadway was effected by strong rock pressure behavior and mining,which leaded to severe deformation of roadway,support failure,and other problems.After analyzing the structure characteristics of surrounding rock for mine mining,strong rock pressure induced mechanism and the situation of 11051 roadway stress changes,filtered and processed the data collected from two sides of roadway by using loose circle theory,calculated the load of the roof and two sides of roadway,determined the support parameters,reinforcement and support scheme.It reduced effectively the impact of strong rock pressure behavior and mining to the safe construction of excavation roadway by using high-strength joint support technology.
