摘要 直接法测定煤层瓦斯含量中,如何减少或准确推算损失瓦斯量是一个亟待解决的问题。从缩短取样过程中煤样暴露时间角度出发,设计了一种反转密封取样装置,并在祁南煤矿715底板巷24#钻场进行了现场试验。结果表明:该装置能够取到碎屑状煤样,且在取样完成时能够完成对煤样的密封,井下无需转移煤样,直接通过煤样筒利用快接装置进行井下解吸;与传统的岩芯管取芯相比,反转密封取样能够极大缩短取样过程中煤样的暴露时间,井下30 min瓦斯解吸量明显增大,减小了取样过程损失瓦斯量,能够提高直接法测定煤层瓦斯含量的准确性。 In the direct method of determining coal bed gas content,how to reduce or accurately calculate the gas lost quantity becomes an urgent problem.From the view of shortening the coal samples exposure time in sampling process,a new inversion seal sampling device is presented in this paper,and the tests are carried out in NO.24 drilling field of 715 floor gateway in Qinan coal mine.Results show that the device can fetch clastic coal sample,and the coal sample is sealed when the sampling is completed.The fetched coal sample does not need to transfer,and the underground gas desorption is directly done by using quick-connect device of the sample silo.Compared with traditional core barrel sampling,the new device can significantly shorten the exposure time of coal sample in sampling process,the gas desorption quantity increases obviously in 30 min,which reduces the gas lost quantity and improves the determining accuracy of direct method in coal seam gas content.
