摘要
针对大佛寺煤矿胶带运输巷支护难题,采用工程地质调查、理论分析等手段,分析了复杂围岩环境下巷道的变形破坏特征,得出围岩特性、底板围岩遇水膨胀、采动影响、支护结构的不耦合是导致巷道大变形的主导因素。提出了"高强高预应力锚杆(索)+底角锚杆"支护技术控制巷道围岩稳定性。工程应用结果表明,该支护形式,可以有效控制巷道围岩的剧烈变形,大幅度提高巷道的安全性。
According to the problems in Dafosi coal belt transport roadway,the deformation failure characteristics of roadway are analyzed under the complicated surrounding rocks conditions by the engineering geology survey and theoretical analysis method,and the characteristics of surrounding rock,floor mudstone water swelling,mining influence and uncoupled support structure are the dominant factor to lead to large deformation of roadway.The paper proposed "high strength and high prestressed anchor(cable) + floor anchor"to control the surrounding rock stability of roadway.Engineering application results show that the support form can effectively control the surrounding rock severe deformation of roadway and greatly improve safety performance.
