各型麻风皮损Langerhans细胞的免疫组织化学研究

Immunohistochemical Studies of Langerhans Cells in Skin Lesions of Various Types of Leprosy

本文用OKT_6及S—100蛋白免疫组化分别对72例和70例各型麻风皮损郎格罕氏细胞(LC)进行观察,结果表明,各型麻风表皮OKT_6阳性LC数均有改变,但其中以结核样型(TT)和瘤型(LL)两组变化最为明显,S—100蛋白阳性细胞在TT和LL中其数量和分布均有所不同,提示LC的数量和分布的改变与麻风类型的发生有关。

The 72 cases of fresh and 70 cases of formalin fixed specimens including various types of leprosy were studied immunohistochemically by using OKT_6 and S—100 protein respctively. The results showed that a significant decrease of epidermal OKT6 positive LC were detected in LL and BL as compared with normal control, The numbers of LC in TT and BT were within normal range or slightly increased. There was a high significant difference in number of LC statistically between TT and LL. In dermis, the OKT_6 cells showed no obvious difference in various types of leprosy, while S—100 positive cells showed different in distribution and unmbers between TT and LL. We considered that the changes of distribution as well as various of LC may play important role in the pathogcncsis of distribution as well as various numbers of LC may play important role in the pathogcncsis of different types of leprosy.
