美容美发场所网格化卫生监督管理的探索

Exploration of establishing spatial grid system of health supervision in Beauty and Hair salon

目的探索新兴的卫生监督管理模式,为今后的卫生监督改革提供依据。方法将美容美发行业作为全市卫生监督网格化管理的试点,通过划分为若干个网格及推广卫生监督协管服务等,将监督任务具体落实到街道、社区,按照卫生城市和文明城市的多项考核指标,对网格化监督的效能进行评估。结果各项考核指标,如卫生许可、从业人员人数持证上岗、"五病"调离、公共用品用具清洗消毒、卫生用品索证管理情况及室内禁烟情况均大幅度改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<O.01)。结论美容美发场所网格化卫生监督管理取得一定成效,可在卫生监督工作中逐步推广,不断提高卫生监督效能。

Objective To explore the new way of health supervision to provide basis for health supervision reform. Methods Taking the Beauty and Hair salon as an experiment in spatial grid system of health supervision and distributing monitor task to subdistrict offices and communities exactly through dividing into spatial grid and popularizing health supervision assistant service, we adopted relative indicators for performance check to assess the efficacy of the spatial grid system of health supervision. Results The indicators such as conditions on hygiene licenses, practitioners holding health certificate, leave for five kinds of disease, cleaning and disinfection of articles for public use,smoking control and so on, is definitely improved with significant statistical differences. Conehmion The spatial grid system of health supervision in Beauty and Hair salon showed success results and should be, widely used henceforth to increasing efficacy of health supervision.
