摘要
目的 :研究细胞周期素 D1 、p16蛋白在骨肉瘤中的表达状态及意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法(SP法 )检测了 43例骨肉瘤和 15例骨软骨瘤中 2种蛋白的表达 ,并在 2种肿瘤间及骨肉瘤患者不同年龄组、组织类型、分化程度间进行比较。结果 :细胞周期素 D1 在骨肉瘤中常呈过度表达 (6 7.4% ) ,其阳性率 (79.1% )高于骨软骨瘤组 (46 .7% )有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。 p16蛋白在骨肉瘤中表达阳性率 (6 9.8% )也高于骨软骨瘤组 (2 0 % )有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 1)。 2种蛋白表达率在骨肉瘤患者年龄组间 ,组织类型及分化组间均无统计学差异。结论 :在骨肉瘤中存在细胞周期素 D1 、p16的表达异常 ,它们在骨肉瘤的发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective:To investigate the expression level and action of cyclin D 1 and p16 protein in osteosarcoma.Methods:Expression of two kinds of protein 43 osteosarcoma and 15 osteochondroma was detected by immunohistochemistry staining(SP).The comparison was made among the groups with different age,histoclassification and different differentiating extent in osteosarcoma.Results:The over expression of cyclin D 1 can be observed in osteosarcoma(46.7%)(P<0.05).The positive rate (69.8%) of p16 protein in osteoscarcoma(20%) was higher than that in the osteochondroma(46.7%)(P<0.01).The positive rate of the two kinds of protein in osteosarcoma group in age,histoclassification and differentiating extent showed no significant difference.Conclusion:The abnormal expression of cyclin D 1 and p16 protein existed in osteosarcoma,and it played an important role in the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma.
