摘要
目的 :探讨带蒂大网膜颅内移植术对提高脑内化疗药物含量的作用。方法 :制备兔模型 ,经耳缘静脉或颈总动脉给予顺铂 (CDDP) ,测定血浆、脑组织和大网膜的 CDDP含量 ;取脑组织行组织学及电镜检查。结果 :该术式可显著提高移植侧脑组织中 CDDP含量 ;经静脉或颈动脉用药对此无显著性影响 ;经颈动脉用药大脑的毒性作用明显重于经静脉用药。结论 :带蒂大网膜颅内移植术后化疗 ,可显著提高移植侧脑内 CDDP含量 ;经静脉用药可达到与颈动脉用药同样的效果 ,而脑组织的毒性作用则比较轻。
Objective:To discuss the role of omental transposition to brain in improving chemotherapeutic drug's concentration in brain.Methods:We made the models of omental transposition to brain and the sham operation models;Cisplatin was given to the rabbits by vein or carotid and assayed the plasma and tissue samples of the brain and omentum.Results:Cisplatin content of the operational hemisphere was improved significantly by vein or by carotid after omental transposition to brain.The cisplatin content of the operational hemisphere between drugs given by vein and by carotid had no significant difference.The toxicity of the brain with drugs infusion by vein is much slighter than by carotid.Conclusion:After omental transposition to brain,the content of cisplatin of the operational hemisphere may be highly improved.There is no different efficiency between drugs infusion by vein and by carotid.But the toxicity to the brain with drugs infusion by vein is much lighter than by carotid.
