胃癌中P16蛋白表达的价值及意义

The Value and Significance of Expression of P16 Prote in Gastric Cancers

为了探讨P1 6蛋白表达在胃癌中的价值和意义 ,采用免疫组化方法检测了 30例胃癌及相应切缘正常胃粘膜的P1 6胃白表达状况。结果显示 ,胃癌中P1 6蛋白表达率仅为 1 6.67% ,明显低于正常胃粘膜的 83.33% (P <0 .0 0 1 )。因此 ,P1 6蛋白的失表达与胃癌的发生有关 ,可作为胃癌的诊断标志之一。

To explore the value and significance of expression of P16 Protein in gastric Cancers,A immunohistochemistry method was used to detecte expression state of P16 protein in 30 gastric cancers and normel gastric tissues.The results showed that positire rates of P16 protein expression in gastric cancer tissues (16.67%) were lower than that in nomal tissues (83.33%) obvionsly. Negetive expression of P16 protein was associated to gastric Cancer pathogenesis and may be regarded as a dignosis marker of gastric cancers.
