精氨酸和组氨酸对妊娠中后期及分娩前期小鼠离体子宫收缩的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究精氨酸和组氨酸对妊娠中后期及分娩前期小鼠离体子宫收缩的影响。方法用HPLC-MS/MS法测定妊娠中后期(15.5 dpc)及产前期(18.5 dpc)小鼠血清中精氨酸(Arg)和组氨酸(His)含量;2种氨基酸浓度分别在0.1,0.5,1,2,5,10 mmol.L-1时,测定对上述2个时期孕鼠子宫平滑肌条收缩的影响。结果 15.5 dpc孕鼠血清中,2种氨基酸含量明显高于18.5 dpc的孕鼠(P<0.05),该时期子宫对氨基酸的抑收缩作用更敏感。结论生理浓度下,Arg和His对妊娠中后期孕鼠子宫平滑肌收缩有明显抑制作用,可在小鼠妊娠中后期起维持作用。 Objective To study the influence of basic amino acids on contraction of midanaphase pregenancy and prepartum mice myometrium.Mothods The levels of amino acids as arginine(Arg) and histidine(His) in blood serum of mice at myometrium in midanaphase(15.5 dpc) and peripartum(18.5 dpc) was measured by HPLC-MS/MS,and their respective effects on contraction of myometrium in concentrations of 0.1 to 10 mmol·L-1 at the two phases.Results HPLC-MS/MS analysis manifest that mice plasma at 15.5 dpc are obvious higher than the 18.5 dpc′s(P〈0.05).Compared with 18.5 dpc uterus,the 15.5 dpc uterus are more sensitive which had complete inhibition at lower amino acids concentration.Conclusion Physiological concentration of His,Arg induce obviously inhibition to pregnant uterine contraction.The Arg and His may have physiological function which are favorable to pregnancy.
