本院不合理用药处方构成帕累托图分析

Analysis of Pareto diagram on irrational prescription in our hospital

目的分析我院静脉药物集中调配中心的不合理用药情况及原因。方法将本院静脉药物集中调配中心的不合理用药归纳为7类,用帕累托图法,绘制帕累托图,同时分析主要、次要及一般因素。结果造成不合理用药处方的主要因素:药物剂量(浓度)不当和溶媒选择不当;次要因素:药物配伍不合理和医嘱录入错误;一般因素:给药频次、给药途径的不合理和重复用药。结论应制定出相应的干预措施,对主、次要因素进行控制。

Objective To analyze the situation of irrational drug use in our hospital.Methods The irrational prescriptions were classified into 7 kinds.The Pareto diagram analysis was used to make irrational prescriptions classification.The factors of primary,secondary and common were analyzed.Results Two primary factors about irrational prescriptions were insuitable dosage（concentration） and unreasonable selection of solvent.The secondary factors were drug incompatibility and erronous advising.Common factors were insuitable dosing frequency,insuitable route of administration and reduplicate drug use.Conclusion In reference to the primary and secondary reasons leading to the irrational prescriptions,relevant intervene measure should be draw up and promote reasonable clinical medication.
