丝羽乌骨鸡FoxO3基因第4外显子的克隆及序列分析

摘要 丝羽乌骨鸡原产于我国江西省泰和县等地,以其具有洁白如雪的丝状羽,皮肤、肌肉、骨膜皆乌以及独特的药用价值而闻名国内外。丝羽乌骨鸡头小、颈短、脚矮、结构细致紧凑、体态小巧轻盈,具有性情温驯、不善飞跃、适应性强、外形美观、肉质鲜嫩等特性。全身皮肤以及眼、脸、喙、胫、趾均呈乌色,全身肌肉略带乌色,内脏及腹脂膜均呈乌色,骨质暗乌,骨膜深黑色。丝羽乌骨鸡属药用型鸡种,经济效益高,但生产性能低,亟需提高。
