摘要
液压支架试验台是液压支架出厂检验和型式试验的重要设备,立足于对插拔销式活动梁的销轴孔位置的优化,针对销轴孔竖直方向不同位置进行仿真,得到随着销轴孔位置变化的最大等效应力和最大位移曲线。容易看出,在销轴孔中心距离底面410 mm时最大应力值最小,而随着销轴孔位置的提高,最大位移值越来越小。由于最大位移量的变化比较小,即对试验台刚性影响有限,得出,在不考虑其他设计因素的前提下,销轴孔中心距离底面的最优距离为410 mm。
High hydraulic powered experimental platforms are important inspection equipment for manufactures of hydraulic supports. This paper focus on the optimization of clevis pin with head's position on movable beam. The FEM analysis were made for different height position of clevis pin with head. The curve of the maximum stress and maximum deformation via by height positions are obtained. It's easy to see that when the height equal to 410, the smallest value of the maximum stress were gotten. And the maximum deformation became smaller as the increase of the clevis pin with bead's height. The value and infection of maximum deformation is small. So, it's easy to say that the best position of the clevis pin with head is the position with height 410 mm.
