摘要
阐述了国家标准对液压支架液压缸的性能要求。在分析了外载荷作用下液压缸受力的基础上,建立了液压缸静力计算模型。利用MATLAB设计开发了液压支架液压缸强度计算软件,为液压缸的设计计算及强度校核提供依据。
The performance requirements of actuator for powered support are described in the national standards. Based on the analysis of the actuator endured external load, the static calculation models are established of actuator. The strength calculation software of actuator for powered support is designed and developed using MATLAB, it provides basis for design and strength check of the actuator.
