摘要
进行了直线筛选机筛箱的模拟仿真设计,以ZKB2575型直线筛选机为例建立了筛箱的有限元仿真模型,得到了筛箱各部位的变形情况及应力分布状态,分析了筛箱强度的薄弱及过盈部位,有针对性地提出了改进设计的措施,实现了筛箱尺寸的优化,不但使筛箱整体应力值得到了安全改善,而且使筛箱总体减重约6.8%,并为此类型的各型号筛选机结构尺寸优化提供了依据。
By simulation design of linear screen case and setting up the screen case finite element simulation model, it shows its all parts deformation situation and stress distribution state. Based on the analysis of its strength situation and extra-strong parts, the measures of improving design is put forward, making the screen case size optimization design into reality. Moreover, the measures will provide the basis for this type of various models of screener structure size optimization.
