摘要
箱形结构是起重机主梁常采用的结构形式,主要对其强度计算与分析方法进行了比较研究。在计算分析中分别采用了经典梁模型、有限元的三维实体单元和板壳单元组合模型及梁单元模型。并以一个工程实际的起重机主梁结构为例进行了静载强度计算。结果表明对于跨高比大于10的主梁结构,不同的分析方法所得的主梁应力和变形存在较小差异,并剖析了差异出现的原因。
Box structure is often used by crane girder in structure. Its strength calculation and analysis methods were compared. The Euler-Bernoulli beam model, three-dimensional solid element and shell element combined model and the beam element model of finite element are used in calculation and analysis. And an actual crane girder structure as an example to calculate static strength. The results show that for main beam structure whose span depth ratio 10, there are small differences in girder stress and deformation for different methods of analysis. And then it analyzes reasons for differences.
