摘要
椭圆齿轮的齿廓复杂,无法直接建立其三维模型。用标准齿轮滚刀加工椭圆齿廓的原理,建立了椭圆齿轮齿廓的数学模型,用mathcad软件算出齿廓上的坐标点,导入Solidworks软件建立椭圆齿轮的三维模型,并对啮合运动特性进行理论分析和运动仿真。
Because elliptical gear has non-circular pitch curve, it is unable to carry out its solid modeling directly with the 3D CAD software. Based on elliptical gear tooth profile forming principle, establish mathematics model of elliptical gear tooth profile and calculate tooth profile coordinates and introduction of coordinates data to solidworks software can help solid modeling and meshing motion analysis of elliptical gear.
