摘要
讨论了自动化联合采煤机组的组成及工作原理,并介绍了整个机组的安装方法。着重讨论了地质条件对采煤机、刮板输送机及液压支架等单机设备选型的影响,并给出了优选原则。自动化联合采煤机组的应用对于综采工作面生产效率的提高,以及安全性的增强具有积极意义。
The composition and working principle of automation combination cutting and conveying unit have been discussed, and installation method of whole unit was presented. The influence of geological conditions on shearer,scraper conveyor and hydraulic support has been discussed, and optimization principle was presented. The application of automation combination cutting and conveying unit is helpful to the improvement of production efficiency and security.
