摘要
概述了几种常见的辊式破碎机齿板耐磨材料的种类、化学成分和组织及性能特点,提出了辊式破碎机齿板材料要根据破碎物料的种类和设备的情况选择不同的齿板材料及其制造工艺。对于单辊式破碎机齿板材料可选取碳钢和低合金钢,对于双辊式齿板材料,当齿板破碎物料时工作应力较大时,可选择高锰钢齿板材料,应力不大时可选择合金钢齿板或碳钢与高铬铸铁复合齿板或镶铸合金法。复合铸造和表面硬化处理是提高辊式破碎机齿板的使用寿命的最好的途径。
This paper introduced features of several common wear-reslstant materials of the crusher teeth plate, included the types, chemical composition and the characteristics of organization and perfor- mance, and proposed that the choice of preparation process and types of roll crusher teeth plate materi- als based on the types of broken materials and equipment status. Carbon steel or low-alloy steel were chose for the single roll crusher. For double roll teeth plate, high-manganese steel was used when the working stress of teeth plate was high, and alloy steel, cast alloy or the composition of carbon steel and high chrome cast iron were available when the stress was low. Composite casting and surface hardening is the best way to improve the life of the roll crusher tooth plate.
