针对圆柱螺纹的结构特点,调用数控系统的复合循环指令在数控车床上加工圆柱螺纹,分别介绍了FANUC和SIEMENS数控系统圆柱螺纹加工指令G92、CYCLE97的格式、应用技巧及注意事项并结合实例详解了这些指令在实际编程中的应用。
For cylindrical threaded structural features, machining cylindrical thread in the CNC lathe which called a combined cycle instruction of CNC system, introduced the format, the application techniques and precautions of cylindrical threaded processing instruction G92, in CYCLE97 with FANUC and SIEMENS CNC system, detailed explains these instructions with example in the actual programming.
