摘要
电火花加工Ti-6Al-4V是多目标工艺参数优化问题,影响其工艺指标的主要工艺参数有电流、间隙电压、脉冲宽度和工作因子。以材料去除率、电极损耗率和表面粗糙度为工艺指标项目,采用信噪比和灰色关联度分析方法分析正交试验结果,获得最优的工艺参数组合。试验结果表明,结合信噪比和灰色关联度分析方法,极大地简化多目标优化问题,提高Ti-6Al-4V的电火花加工质量。
The electrical discharge machining (EDM)process to Ti - 6A1 - 4V alloy is the multiple responses, the machining parameters include discharge current, voltage, pulse on time and duty factor. Performance characteristics including the electrode wear ratio, material removal rate and surface roughness are chosen to evaluate the machining effects. Using the signal-to-noise and grey relational analysis method analysed the experiment results of orthogonal array, the optimized process parameters is proposed. The experiments results show that this method greatly simplifies the optimization of multiple performance characteristics and there is considerable improvement in the process.
