摘要
利用宏程序中变量的运算、控制功能,把端面槽的槽宽、槽深、端面槽小径、端面槽大径等参数编入到各个变量中,通过运算和控制,能够更加符合实际切削过程中端面槽的编程要求。根据端面槽加工工艺的不同,端面槽加工分为直进式和回绕式2种,例举了这2种端面槽编程模板。编程思路灵活,精度易于参数化控制,应用于实践加工过程中。
Use macros that variable in the operation, control functions, the end of the groove width, groove depth groove, end groove path, end groove big size parameters of different variables, through the calculation and control, able to more in line with the actual process of cutting groove end programming requirement. According to the different processing groove end face slot into straight into type and processing take type two kinds, this paper enumerated the two end groove programming template. Programming mind flexibility, accuracy easy to parameter control, used in the practice process.
