摘要
通过分析40T刮板输送机机头部结构,设计了一种适用于40T刮板输送机的紧链系统,从而杜绝了在拆接链条过程中,工人手指被挤断事故的发生,为煤矿生产提供安全保障。现场使用情况表明,该系统操作简单、拆装方便、安全可靠,具有广阔的推广使用价值。
A tight chain system applies to 40T scraper conveyor has been designed by analyzing 40T scraper conveyor machine head structure, and eliminating accident that workers fingers being squeezed off when they disconnected chain, then provide security for coal production. The system is simple, easy accessibility, safe, reliable, and have broad value for promotion proved by the site usage.
