摘要
通过介绍煤矿机械中齿轮传动的发展,兼论了煤矿机械中蜗轮蜗杆传动性能,并且将两者的性能进行了比较,对其参数设计及优势进行分析,为了降低生产成本,保证设备的正常使用,现利用变位技术对大齿轮进行负变位修复,重新加工与之配对的正变位小齿轮,同时对新加工的小齿轮工艺进行改善。
