摘要
金属切削机床对主轴转速范围一般要求较宽,同时要求要有较硬的机械特性和较高的动态响应。分析了金属切削机床的负载转矩特性,设计了具有两挡传动比的主轴变频调速系统,考虑到对拖动系统的动态响应能力要求较高,采用具有矢量控制或直接转矩控制的通用变频器。
Metal cutting machine tool spindle speed range for general requirements of a wide, at same time required to have hard mechanical characteristic and high dynamic response.
