血管紧张素Ⅱ受体亚型mRNA在甲状腺素诱导的心肌肥厚模型中表达

Angiotensin Ⅱ receptor subtype AT1a and AT1b mRNA expression in L-thyroxine-induced cardiomyocyte hypertrophy

目的 :探讨甲状腺素诱导的心肌肥厚与血管紧张素 一型受体 ( AT1)亚型 AT1a、AT1b表达之间的关系。 方法 :建立甲状腺素诱导的心肌肥厚模型 ,用定量逆转录聚合酶链反应 ( RT- PCR)方法 ,测定肥厚心室肌中血管紧张素 一型受体两个亚型 AT1a、AT1b的 m RNA含量。 结果 :与正常对照组相比 ,肥厚心肌中血管紧张素 受体两个亚型的表达水平无显著改变 ( P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 :甲状腺素诱导的心肌肥厚下血管紧张素 一型受体亚型AT1a。

Objectives: To investigate the relationship between Lthyroxineinduced cardiomyocyte hypertrophy and the expression of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor subtype AT1a and AT1b. Methods: Expression of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor subtype AT1a and AT1b genes was examined in ventricles of Lthyroxininduced cardiac hypertrophy rats by reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction amplification methods. Results: Compared with control group, the expressions of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor subtype AT1a and AT1b did not differ significantly.(P>0.05). Conclusions: Lthyroxineinduced cardiomyocyte hypertrophy is not related to the expression of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor subtype AT1a and AT1b.
