洁悠神长效抗菌材料用于根管内封药的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation on Jieyoushen long-acting antibacterial material used in root cannel medication

目的观察洁悠神长效抗菌材料用于根管内封药的临床疗效。方法选择108例患者共128牙,随机分成实验组(洁悠神长效抗菌材料组)66牙,对照组(甲醛甲酚组)62牙,观察根管封药1周后的临床疗效。结果根管封药1周后即可进行根管充填,洁悠神长效抗菌材料组的显效率为98.5%,甲醛甲酚组的显效率为93.5%,两组的临床疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在根管封药期间,洁悠神长效抗菌材料组有1例出现叩痛,甲醛甲酚组有4例出现叩痛。结论洁悠神长效抗菌材料和甲醛甲酚根管封药疗效相似,封洁悠神长效抗菌材料后仅1例出现叩痛,因此,洁悠神长效抗菌材料可作为根管内封药。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Jieyoushen long-acting antibacterial material used in root cannel medication. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight tooth from 108 patients were randomly selected and divided into experiment group （JUC long-acting antibacterial material group） with 66 tooth and control group （Formocresol group） with 62 tooth, the clinical effect of root cannel medication were observed after the treatment of one week. Results Root canal filling were carried out after one week of root cannel medication, the significant efficiency of cases suitable in JUC long-acting antibacterial material group was 98.5% and 93.5% in Formocresol group, there were no significant statistical differences between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. There was one case of JUC long-acting antibacterial material group JUC case showed percussion during the root cannel medication, whereas four cases in Formocresol group showed percussion. Conclusion There are similar effect between Jieyoushen long-acting antibacterial material and Formocresol used in root cannel medica- tion, there is only one case show percussion after using Jieyoushen long-acting antibacterial material, so Jieyoushen long- acting antibacterial material can be used in root cannel medication.
